Canon 1DX MK II
This morning (Feburary 2nd 2016) Canon announced a new camera, the 1DX MKii. It a pretty impressive piece of kit. It has:
- 20MP image sensor
- Shoots 4K Video at 60PFS, and 1080p at 120FPS
- Shoots photos at 14 FPS in “normal” mode or 16 FPS in “live view” mode and can shoot a max of 170 RAW images or unlimited JPGs
- Shoots to a CFAST card internally.
- Built in GPS and, by the looks of things, ethernet…
- Dual DIGIC 6+ processors
- Up to 51,200 native ISO (409,600 expanded)
- $6k and available in April
